The problem
Large retail and distribution partners mandate EDI and enforce it with chargebacks. A missed purchase order or a malformed invoice costs real money — or the account.
Our approach
We treat integration as a production system, not a script: documents are validated, translated, queued, and retried, with an audit trail for every message so you can prove exactly what was sent and when.
What we built
System-to-system sync
Idempotent integration services keep the ERP and outside systems in agreement — a retried message never posts twice.
Onboarding automation
Bridges the people systems too: a new hire gets accounts, email, and access provisioned automatically from the HR source of truth.
The outcome
Partner integration stopped being a fire drill. Documents flow with acknowledgements and retries, and "did they get it?" is one searchable log away.
