That combination is rarer than it sounds. Most engineers don't design. Most designers don't build. Andrew does both, which means nothing gets lost in translation between how something should look and how it actually works.
Systems & ERP
Some problems look like a pile of Christmas lights — hopelessly tangled, and nobody's sure half the bulbs still work. Riley is the person who sits down, finds the end, and doesn't get up until every strand is sorted and every bulb is lit. His specialty is ERP and organizational systems — the kind of work that requires equal parts logic, patience, and an almost unreasonable commitment to getting it right. Riley can architect a solution to problems most people wouldn't know where to start on. The way his brain maps complexity into clarity is, genuinely, something to watch. Software Engineering
Bryce is the kind of engineer who makes it look unfair. He'll sit in a meeting, say almost nothing, absorb everything — and before you've made it back to your desk, whatever you described is already built. He holds a degree in Software Engineering and has grown up alongside AI long enough to work with it the way most people work with a calculator — fluently, instinctively, without making a show of it. There's nothing he couldn't build with code. That's not a boast. It's just what everyone who's worked with him eventually concludes. His long game? Writing software for rockets.
